Refunds and Returns

Our Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are not accepted by White Line Images unless the customer has received a faulty item, an unordered item, an item damaged in transit or an item which is significantly different from that displayed on the website. We aim to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned items when requested. However, White Line Images is only obliged to refund the cost of purchase of the item, not the costs of postage and handling. Products that are returned because they are faulty will be assessed before a remedy is actioned.

Please note that White Line Images is not liable for any errors that arise from the provision of incorrect information provided on the order form.
