Please note:

• This is designed for football teams with up to 20 players.
• 1 x card of each player in the team will be provided.
• For teams with more than 20 players, additional cards can be added for $4.00 per item.
• For teams with less than 20 players, duplicate cards of the player ordering the pack will be provided.

Please note: Your child/childrens name, age group and Club name will need to be completed at checkout.

Actual designs may vary. Clubs are responsible for selecting their preferred template and the selected design will be on display at the event.
