In order to purchase goods and/or services from White Line Images, you must place an order with White Line Images in one of the following ways; either by submitting an order form complete with payment at the event, by phone, or by inserting the details required in the relevant fields of the order form on this site and submitting the same by clicking on the appropriate button. The order may be accepted or rejected by White Line Images in its sole discretion. A contract shall be formed by and upon the White Line Images accepting an order from you and each contract shall be governed by these terms and conditions of sale.
Online ordering will be available for a period of 5 business days prior to the event and will remain open for 5 days business days after the event. Orders received more than 5 business days after the event will incur an additional $10.00 processing fee as well as a $9.95 postage and handling fee. Late orders will be excluded from the free bulk delivery to the associated Club and will instead be posted out to the nominated address of the purchaser.
White Line Images is not liable for any errors that arise from the provision of incorrect information on the order form.
White Line Images accepts orders subject to the condition that you agree to pay White Line Image’s current selling price on the date of receipt of the order. All of the prices quoted in our site are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. All prices are correct at the time of accessing the relevant webpage. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Print sales received prior to, and within one week following, the advertised shoot date will not incur a delivery fee. Applicable orders received during this time will be delivered free of charge in a single bulk delivery to the relevant Club or Association who is then responsible for distributing orders to the relevant parties.
Orders received more than 5 business days after the event will incur an additional $10.00 processing fee as well as a $9.95 postage and handling fee. Late orders will be excluded from the free bulk delivery to the associated Club and will instead be posted out to the nominated address of the purchaser.All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. International buyers are advised to contact us regarding purchase enquiries.
White Line Images delivers Australia wide via Australia Post’s Registered Postal Service. If delivery outside Australia is required, a separate quotation will be provided on request. For print orders received outside the advertised ordering window, please allow 10-15 working days (within Australia).
Delivery is subject to Australia Post and international postal services performance. White Line Images makes no warranties in relation to the performance of Australia Post or international postal services. If you do not receive your order within the outlined time frame, please contact White Line Images via phone or email.
Refunds and returns are not accepted by White Line Images unless the customer has received a faulty item, an unordered item, an item damaged in transit or an item which is significantly different from that displayed on the website. We aim to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned items when requested. However, White Line Images is only obliged to refund the cost of purchase of the item, not the costs of postage and handling. Products that are returned because they are faulty will be assessed before a remedy is actioned.
To return an item, please send an e-mail to info@whitelineimages.com.au detailing the item name, the player’s name and age group and the name of the Club through which it was ordered. Please advise us as to the reason for the return of the item.

Orders may only be placed by persons with the capacity to contract and who are over the age of 18 years.
