Digital files ordered through the Build Your Own Sports Photo promotion will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. There is no additional cost for the delivery of these files. Standard delivery times for digital files will usually be within 24-48hr.
For orders that contain additional physical items such as Premium Trading Cards or prints, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 will apply. Orders containing physical items will be prompted to enter a shipping address at checkout. Physical items will be sent through Australia Post’s Registered Post Service and customers will receive a tracking number via text message prior to shipping.
Should you wish to place an order for multiple children all containing physical items, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can arrange to combine delivery of your products. This means only one postage charge will be applied across all orders.
Delivery times of physical items such as prints and Premium Trading cards will vary depending on the delivery times of our suppliers. We will endeavor to post all items as quickly as possible but if you require urgent delivery, please contact us prior to ordering to make sure we are able to meet your requirements.
To assist us in maintaining our fast turnaround times, we encourage all orders to be placed on or before your Club’s shoot date. The option for online ordering will be available for 5 business days before and after your Club’s shoot. Orders placed within this time frame will be delivered free of charge in a single bulk delivery to your Club or Association, usually within 4 weeks of the shoot. The Club is then responsible for distributing orders to families.
Those wishing to place an order after the advertised window has closed will need to do so by calling White Line Images directly. All late orders will incur an additional processing fee of $10.00 as well as a delivery fee of $9.95 so we can send your order directly to you. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via text message to allow you to track your delivery all the way to your door.
White Line Images delivers Australia wide via Australia Post’s Registered Postal Service. For print orders received outside the advertised ordering window, please allow 10-15 working days.
