Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

The nature of our business means that we rely on good working relationships with Clubs. We don’t charge for our services and we don’t lock Clubs in to ongoing contracts. We believe that our work speaks for itself and we rely solely on sales to your members to make our business viable. When a Club cancels without providing enough notice, they prevent other Clubs from booking and compromise our ability to take bookings without requiring an upfront fee.

To ensure that we can continue to provide our service to Clubs without cost, we have a 21-day cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur in writing more than 21 days from the scheduled date can be re-booked at no additional cost to the Club if further dates are available at such time.

If a cancellation is made within the 21-day period, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee will be proportional to the size of the booking, according to the following formula:

Cancellation fee = $200 + (numbers of teams x sport)

NB:      Per Basketball team = $10

            Per Netball team = $10

            Per Soccer team = $15

            Per Cricket team = $15

            Per Lacrosse team = $15

            Per Football team = $30

 

Example: A Basketball Club with 14 teams cancelled 12 days prior to their allocated date:

 

Cancellation fee =       $200 + (14 x $10)

                           =        $200 + $140

                           =        $340

 

Please note that confirming a booking with White Line Images is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
